Healthy Living Programs
We help people make dramatic improvements to their health, through three medically-supervised programs recognized nationally for their success. With a caring staff to support them, participants accomplish their goals and develop healthy habits through a structured program of exercise, nutrition, and behavior modification.
20/20 was created for people who are overweight, have high cholesterol or blood pressure, fibromyalgia, arthritis, diabetes, depression, or a family history of any of these.
20/20/10 helps people who want to lose 10-15 pounds and keep it off.
20/20 Kids helps children ages 7 to 17 lose weight, become more active, and develop habits for a healthier life.
